Miss Gwenno Mair Davies

Miss Gwenno Mair Davies

Acting Headteacher

It is an honour and a great privilege for me to step into the position of Acting Headteacher at Ysgol y Creuddyn for the next term.

I have been working at Ysgol y Creuddyn for over fifteen years and have been a member of the school's Senior Leadership Team for over seven years. I was appointed Deputy Head in 2020. As a former pupil, the values of Ysgol y Creuddyn are ones that I have been steeped in and as such, regardless of the positions I have held on my professional learning journey here, the Talent (Dawn), Learning (Dysg) and Wellbeing (Daioni) of the children and young people of Ysgol y Creuddyn have always been at the core of everything.

I would like to introduce you to Ysgol y Creuddyn's Senior Leadership Team members for the next term, together with sharing information about their main responsibilities as we ensure stability over the next period and thereby, ensure the best education, experiences and support for your child/children during the last term of this academic year. Knowing these members of staff who lead in the various areas, I am confident that we have the best team of people to lead the school forward into this next exciting period ahead of us.
